A Touch Of Death With A Black Velvet Cocktail

Most people go straight to the Whiskey when it comes to St. Patrick’s Day, so we’ve decided to bring all you beer lovers a special cocktail. The Black Velvet Cocktail is the perfect blend of both bubbly and brew.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Guinness¬†or another stout beer, chilled
  • 4 ounces brut sparkling wine chilled
  • 1 teaspoon creme de mure or creme de cassis
  • Brandied or other liqueur soaked cherries

 

First, pour the Guinness beer into the mug, then add the creme de mure. Next, pour the liqueur soaked cherries, and finally top it all off with the brut sparkling wine.
